I started out as an Avon representative, then when I heard about the networking opportunity (becoming whats called a Sales Leader) I decided to give it a go. In a nutshell, Sales Leaders recruit and train their own Avon Sales Representatives, building up their own team of representatives. In return for this, Avon pay them commission (varying commission rates, depending on your status and the sales your team are doing) and you can earn really good bonuses along the way.

I've now moved up the ladder so am expecting to earn some decent bonuses this year!! I am very optimistic about my future career with Avon, which is great because I love working with Avon and Avon products - my house is bursting at the seams with Avon products!!

Myself and some colleagues work together and quite often going out looking for new recruits in busy areas such as shopping precincts. We have the nametag "Team Avon Gorgeous!!" We have great fun together and quite often stop for a gossip and a coffee!!! All I need now is for the money to come rolling in!!
